  3. As a bus company or tour organiser achieve a minimum turnover of Euro 300 within the GROHAG a calendar year and...  
  4. As a regular guest, receive a turnover-oriented, scaled reimbursement at the end of the year.   
  5. All bus journeys are charged monthly on a retrospective basis – you don’t have to make any cash payments! 
  6. Your invoice will contain a breakdown of all the journeys completed within the billing period, with details of the vehicle license number, journey date and number of persons conveyed.
